Easy 21 Day Fix Pot Roast


This is one of my new Favorite Crock-Pot Meals!! It is delicious and SUPER easy to make!
I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!


Ingredients:
1. 2 - lb Boneless Chuck Shoulder Roast
2. 2 Cups carrots (Peeled and Chopped or Baby Carrots)
3. 3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4. 2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vineger
5. 1 Seasoning Packet - (I like the McCormicks Slow Cooker Pot Roast)

Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into your Crock-Pot
2. Replace lid and and cook on the Low setting for 8-10 Hours!
3. Enjoy!

Such an easy and delicious recipe!!

  1. What containers do this come out to be? What is the serving size? I'm doing the 21DF and I'm trying to figure it out.

    1. After its done cooking just fill your containers. 1 red, 1 green, 2 tsp

  2. So yo saying 1 red add meat in and green put vegetables in it 2 teaspoon already been added the olive oil
